After pursuing his internship and general surgery residency at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City, he was accepted to the prestigious plastic surgery program at Montefiore Medical Center. There he served as chief resident and clinical instructor in anatomy at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Upon completion of his surgical training Dr. Kane returned to Miami Beach to dedicate his talents to the practice of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
